Security event log getting message "local computer may not have necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer" for ALL entries. System and Applications logs are not getting message

PC is Windows XP. Server is Windows 2000. I have admin rights on both machines. On the PC getting Security event log getting message "local computer may not have necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer" for ALL entries. System and Applications logs are not getting message1 person needs an answerI do too
